ONAGRACEAE, The Evening Primrose family

A few days ago when Anne and Michael and I were tooling about, we stopped at Artemisia and found the most luscious fuchia bush. It was called ‘Maxima’. It had huge blossoms with deep purple ruffled petals against rich red-purple sepals.
