Tall spires of creamy blossoms above spiky blue-green leaves: this is a plant that will catch your eye, or your skin. I used these in a display at the nursery today, and they are flowering in front of our place. I picked one nearly translucent blossom for each pigtail, I wore cream and beige, it’s summer, to go out, in the twilight, to dinner and walking in the park. Moths like yucca flowers. People eat the roots.
