The landscape is a riot of color, every house has one or ten shrubs covered, COVERED in blossoms. Many are Giant Freaking Rhododendrons, some are evergreen azaleas. Ceanothus, California lilac, is starting up, adding intense blue violet to the scene. Yes, we live in a land of Colorful Flower Bushes. They are shades of magenta, fucshia, pink, red or orange. White, purple, spotted and striped can also be seen.
